Tonight, July 8, we are starting a Beginner 2.5 West Coast Swing series. If you have previously completed our Basic Beginner series or the Beginner 2 series, you can register for this class.

On Saturday, July 11, we are starting a new Basic Beginner series. This is the perfect class to start you on a new and exciting dance journey. This class will teach the basic techniques and patterns of WCS to get you ready to step onto the dance floor and have fun. Please join us and tell your friends!

On Sunday, July 26, we are having our first West Coast Swing Social Dance in Fredericksburg, VA, in collaboration with Strictly Ballroom! We are so excited about this new adventure as we officially introduce Spotsy Westies, our local social dance group! If you have previously taken our Level 2 series, you can join Level 2 on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both Levels 2 and 3 for a total of $150.
Levels 2 & 3 Series at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness
September 12 through October 17
- Saturdays at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness, 6320 5 Mile Centre Park #319, Fredericksburg, VA.
- Join our Six-week West Coast Swing series!
- $100 per student.
- Level 2: 2–3:15 PM or Level 3: 3:15–4:30 PM.
- Prerequisite: Completion of our Basic Beginner series or permission of the instructors.
- If you have previously taken our Level 2 series, you can join Level 2 on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both Levels 2 and 3 for a total of $150.
Basic Beginner starts this coming Saturday, July 11!

- No experience necessary! We’ll rotate partners during class, so you’re welcome to attend by yourself or bring a partner.
- If you have previously taken our Basic Beginner series, you can join on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both this series and Level 2 for a total of $150.

- Spotsy Westies / Mané and Roger Dance Teachers LLC are excited to present our kickoff West Coast Swing Social Dance in Fredericksburg, VA!
- In collaboration with Strictly Ballroom!
- Plenty of free parking
- Large studio
- Smooth, cushioned wood floor
- Snacks!
- What: West Coast Swing lesson and Social Dance
- Where: Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio, 125 Olde Greenwich Dr #190, Fredericksburg, VA 22408
- When: Sunday, July 26, 2026
- 6 to 6:45 PM: All-level West Coast Swing lesson, no experience required
- 6:45 to 9:30 PM: West Coast Swing social dance
- Cost: $15 per person for the whole night, payable online in advance or at the door.
- No experience necessary!
- We’ll rotate partners during the class and the social dance, so you’re welcome to attend by yourself or bring a partner.
