Hi, vaccinated West Coast Swing dance friends!

We are teaching the Intermediate drop-in class tonight, Friday, August 20, 8:15-9 pm, at Hollywood Ballroom! Dance party after!

So, bring your dance shoes and mask, and join us for a night of WCS dance fun!

Don’t forget, pre-purchased admissions only (NO walk-ins). Visit Dance Jam Productions for more information.

Also, bring a newbie friend to the 7:30 pm beginner class, with the DJP Teaching Team!

Here we go!

Starting this coming Sunday, we will be teaching weekly lessons for the 2021 West Coast Swing Rally / Flashmob!

We’ll teach a total of four lessons, Sundays, 1-2:30 pm, at Hollywood Ballroom. The dates are August 8, 15, 22, and 29.

The cost will be $70 per person for all four lessons, or $20 per class as a drop-in rate.

Payment is by electronic means (preferred) via PayPal (plautr@gmail.com), or Venmo (@Roger-Plaut), or Zelle (plautr@gmail.com); or by cash or check at the door. If you pay by cash, please bring the exact payment amount.

Please note: VACCINATION (two weeks past final dose) and MASKS will be REQUIRED for these classes.

In addition, we will be minimizing rotation during the classes. Our preference would be for everyone to partner up in advance, but we recognize the difficulty of doing so. Our goal will be for each person in attendance at the lessons to dance with only one or two partners.

If you are interested, you MUST email the following to us at maneandroger@gmail.com:

(1) evidence of vaccination, with your name and the date(s) clearly shown. Please feel free to redact personal information (such as your date of birth) if you so choose.

(2) your email address; and

(3) your phone number, for contact tracing purposes.

Please email the above information to us at maneandroger@gmail.com. Please provide this information AT LEAST TWO HOURS PRIOR to the first class you intend to attend (11 am Sunday). After you have provided the information once, you will not need to provide it again to attend additional classes.

We are teaching ongoing Intermediate ballet classes every Tuesday and Friday, 7-8:15 pm Eastern.

You have the option of paying $10 per class or buying packs of 4 classes for $35 per pack.

We’ll leave each of the videos online until one hour before the next class starts, so that you can participate at a time that’s convenient for you. There will be two options for streaming: Facebook Live and Zoom.

We’re creating a separate Facebook event for each class, so that we can more easily grant access to the videos.

All you need to join is ballet shoes or socks, something to hold onto (a chair or your kitchen counter should work), and enough room to move your legs and arms around.

To sign up, send payment to us via PayPal (plautr@gmail.com) or Venmo (@Roger-Plaut).

IMPORTANT: Please include a note with the date or dates of the classes you want to join, so that we can invite you to the correct private Facebook event pages. If you forget to do this, please send us a private message with the date(s).
